Alitalia and British Airways return back by the end of March 2013 to the runways of Macedonia International Airport and Thessaloniki.

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) design four new routes, which will directly connect Thessaloniki to Stockholm and Copenhagen in order to strengthen their presence in northern Greece.
