Firewater is an international band which draws musical and lyrical inspiration from around the globe. The group was formed in 1997 in Brooklyn, USA, by writer, ringleader, and mouthpiece Tod A. Now they call everywhere home. They have never looked back.

Firewater believes that music can be more than wallpaper, that lyrics can express more than hot air, and that emotions honestly conveyed can overcome the superficial differences between people often imposed by borders, politics and language. Firewater believes in the undying energy of punk rock – wherever it may be found.

Firewater are optimists in a pessimistic world. They celebrate weddings, and births, and funerals. They fight for the freedom to travel, to create, and to breathe. They want to live until they die. They hope you like their music and their message. Feel free to dance.
