Twelve collectible motorcycles, built in the first half of the last century, presented in a framework that attempts to outline the parameters that characterize a design approach or what we call “style.”

Since the ancestor of motorcycles, the wooden bike (1790, Comte de Sivrac) that looked like a wooden horse on wheels, without pedals, brakes or even steering mechanism two centuries have passed. For two centuries motorcycles have been designed which included elements deeply influenced by references to past, present and future. A combination of parameters, which either refers to motorcycles, furniture, clothes or appliances incorporates experiences, knowledge and expectations shaping design approach.
